Ultra stamina mode problem

Cant switch to ultra stamina mode.

You are on safe mode. Can you boot to normal mode and activate ultra satmina?

Really sorry to hear about this, based on what you have provided, it does seem more software orientated. In this case, I would suggest a backup with Xperia Companion and then running through with a software repair.
