Can any one tell me why uk unbranded xsp has not received jb 4.3 update

As with everything update related we simply don't know and as such direct you to Sony care here http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/ to ask these questions - What I can tell you is in the UK Networks have to aproove the update before it's released to Generic handsets

Sony do, but it seems they agree when with the network providers. I think (but I don't know) it has something to do with the 4G rollout, which is still ongoing.

Orange, EE and T-mobile have already got the update, so I shouldn't think you'll have long to wait.
