Type the password for credentail storage?!

Hello!

after upgrading to the latest OS i am no longer able to access my VPN profiles?

I am being constantly asked to enter password for credential storage? I have never seen this message before nor have not set this password before?!

First it says i have 3 more tries, and then after entering it wrongly for the last time it erases "something" and asks me again to enter password??

I have also checked Security section in settings and Clear credentials is "greyed out" ie not selectable...

Please advice how can i again access VPN profiles.

The first time you set up the VPN in your phone you got to enter a password for credential storage yourself.
It sounds like it has now cleared the credentials as you entered wrong password a few times so you should be able to set a new password now by simply entering the password you want to use when setting up the VPN.

me entered the password manny times and the storage has been clear so manny times why i cant able to type a new password?

You need to turn off your lock screen code or pattern ans then try going into VPN again. It will make you create a lock screen code
Make a new one or use your old one, once set you're back into VPN.

I've the same problem as well and I've never used VPN ever since I bought my Xperia Z1 but it's requesting me to enter one
