Hi,
I have been given two 16 digit numbers as unlock codes by my provider (Virgin) do I need two as, from the earlier discussions it seems only one is needed? They say that they don't have the procedure for entering this or these numbers, can I assume that the previous answers regarding the TXT are correct? Virgin warned re needing to enter the code 3 times as it will lock the phone, is this true? One of the numbers starts with 987 and the other 564 if that helps.
