I have a SONY XPERIA TX phone from HK, and last night it stuck, and didn't respond to anything. I've pulled out the battery, and now phone wont turn on, won't charge. When I connect it to PC with no battery only red led flashes once, and after that PC recognizes an unknown device "qhsusb_dload" and can't find any drivers for it.
PCC or SEUS simply doesn't recognize phone connected. I've been told that it's hard brick, and I need to send it to repair. The problem is - I live in Israel, they have no such phone model, and local SONY Mobile supplier probably will not receive it for repair. Please advice how can I repair it, or where can I send it for repair.
how did this happen? were you flashing your phone? custom ROM?

try this
connect your TX to a wall charger > press and hold volume up & power for 8 seconds > leave your phone charging for 30min to an hour > after 30min - 1hr try to turn it back on

Did nothing. It stuck with no response to any button, pulled the battery out, set it in and that's it. Dead
No change...
that's quite odd, take your phone to a sony repair center
We dont have a repair center in Israel. Looks like sony has no support here at all, there is no phone number or adress in "contact us", nothing.
And HK support are really slow answering
I'm stuck with $600 brick...
does the LED turn on at all?
Only when I connect it to charger with no battery, flashes red once.
try this
remove the battery > press and hold the power button for 10 seconds > connect your phone to the wall charger w/o the battery > place the battery back on > let it charge for 30min > try to turn it on after 30min
