Two different voices when using navigation

When I use Google Navigation, I get two different voices: One "humanlike", that's the same as on my old phone and one synthetic voice, that's often hard to understand.

How do I turn off the synthetic voice?

This has now been checked and it seems to be a Google Android related problem.
