Twitter notifications don't ring!

Hi,

I have a problem with my twitter notifications, this just happens with the twitter notifications, not with other notifications.

Altought I select any ringtone, when it's a twitter notification it doesn't ring! (it doesn't sound!)

Is it happening to somebody?

Do you know how to fix it?

I did a default restore and I repaired my phone with Sony Companion.

(This seems to be a software problem, because it just happens with twitter)

Do you get the twitter notification icon at the same time?

I found that I get no notification if I am only on WIFI, ie mobile data OFF.

I just tried this myself and I get the same problem. I get the notification but I don't get any sounds. Tried with two different ringtones.

Can you please try with a different app? I tried with TweetDeck and it worked just fine. It seems to be a problem with the Twitter app itself.

I know that this is old, but I'm having the same problem in My xperia U. in gingerbread and in ICS

Theres any fix for this?
