Turning on Problem

Hi everyone ....

My phone suddenly says that SIM removed and restarted 2 times , then i removed the battery and then inserted it and i tried to turn on it, it turned on! But when it wrote Sony and Xperia and then didn't responde..

just like the picture

After Showing the sony and xperia logo didn't responde please help guys ❤️

You may need to perform a system repair

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I tried this but it's like a normal tuning on .....

Please i need to save my data on internal storage how can i backup before the repaire while the phone switched off....

You can't unless your files are on an SD card

Hi,

I had the same problem it eneded up to be there was some water/condensation inside the phone i left the battery out of it it for 3-4 days and it turned on honestly
