Turning on phone

When I try turn my E1 on it comes up with Sony on the screen and then won't turn on properly.the phone is only 3days old

Welcome to the community.

Can you try removing the SIM card and SD card if you have one and see if the device turns on without them inserted, if it does work, then it is likely that either of the two are not working as they should and may need to be replaced.

Try alternating between the two, this will help see which one may be causing the issue.
