Turning Off Auto Sync

Hey guys, I have recently changed a few settings on my XZ to help battery life and so far it has been phenomenal. I currently have the auto sync feature unticked but was wondering if there was a way to have it so that the phone syncs or updates every few hours or so with doing it manually?

My current other setting that have helped improve my battery life are switching of wifi, mobile data and manually checking email.

That settings should be on the individual apps itself. Like email, sms, whatsapp. etc. You should be able to chaneg the frequency from there.

Ok thanks Zann. I had read a tips giude somewhere, suggesting changing the auto sync frequency to 4 hours but wasn't given the option and was curious as to what they meant.
