trying to update the software

hello, i'm trying to update my xperia arce s to ICS, but when i looking for the update on the PC Companion, it says "You have the latest software!".... i have now on my device gingerberad 2.3.4. What can i do to update to ice cream sandwich? thanks in advence.

The Ice Cream Sandwich software update for the relevant 2011/2012 Xperia™ Smartphone’s is now being rolled out. Please follow the below links to access the updated list of SI's that have the update available.
