TRRS/TRS: How to connect a headset to Xperia J?

I am looking for a headset adapter for the Sony Xperia J, to connect a headset with two (microphone/loudspeaker) TRS plugs. The phones have a TRRS jack.

There are many TRRS/TRS adapters available and perhaps somebody has tried out one which works with the Xperia J.

I would be pleased if you could recommend an adapter.

I haven't tested any adapter for this but i think any adapter should work as long as the TRRS end follows the CTIA-standard.
