Troubles with headphones

Hello everybody, yesterday I bought headphoned called Razer Kraken Pro, but I have some troubles with connecting them with Sony Xperia Z2. The phone just doesn't see them but if I connect headphones with my computer or other devices(Huawei Mediapad, LG Optimus L7 II p713) everything is OK. This headphones have an integrated microphone. Also in a kit there is an extension for headphones and this extension splits the original cabel on two parts: audio and microphone. If I use headphones with it they work normally, so what's the problem and can I solve it by some ways? Sorry for my bad English

Perhaps an adapter cable, but you might want to contact Xperia Care directly

Just wondering are those headphones CTIA or OMTP, if the later it won't work then you will need an adapter OMTP to CTIA
