trouble using pc companion.

Hi all

I am using an All-in-1 Acer PC, under Win 8.1, and it is quite impossible to back up my Z Ultra ( version 14.1.B.2.257 ) with PC Companion, I have tried several times, it always starts well and crashes after a few minutes.

Any idea ? Thanks.

Try SUS, I recently repaired my phone using the W8.1

Thanks for your input, I have SUS already, and I use it to update my Ultra. But it does not offer backup.  The alternative solutions are OK, but you need to back up separately many items, that's where PC Companion would be handy. It was working before, I think the problem is Win 8.1 ...

Come on Sony, move it and update your softwares..
