Trouble updating android

When I try to update my ST25i, the PC companion claims that it cannot connect to the server, any help?

This is the third thread today on the same issue, it might be a regional issue, does it happen with both PCC and SUS?

This seems to work, however I am having trouble back up music and pictures etc, any suggestions? (I realise you posted a tutorial for contacts and SMS backup)

For pictures, videos, music its quite simple

On your PC > computer > Xperia U > internal storage/sd card > DCIM > 100Andro your photos and videos should be here 

As for music, just look for the Music album, just copy/paste

I cannot access these on my computer, my phone does not show up under computer, nor does the file manager in pc companion open

What if you reinstall SUS and PCC > restart your PC > connect your phone and also 

settings > developer options > debug mode

It still didnt work Im literally tearing my hair out here, PC companion is god-awful

There seems to be issues with Sony servers, it was supposed to last 2 hours yesterday but it seems that the problem continues
