trouble transferring pics on computer

Hi,

I have tried to transfer pictures from my phone on my computer through PC Companion and it can't seem to work..

I've tried to launch the File Explorer part and it can't install some WMF11.. I installed it myself as said in the warning but it's not better!

 When launching Media go part, it bugs and shuts down.

What should I do? Or what do I do wrong?

Try going to Computer on your Pc and open the phones files that way then you can drop and drag the files to your Pc or copy and paste
