Transfer data won't let me

It says transfer data to sd card I press it then it comes up with transfer interrupted. But I haven't done anything I just leave my phone to transfer. Why wont it let me? It is getting to 95% I need to transfer stuff but it won't let me please help. What do I do to get it to work?

Perhaps you have less memory than 5% and this is acting up, you can use a File Commander instead

I agree with Uliwooly, generally this is because of the amount of space left. This could also be related to apps such as task killers and anti virus apps, as they may be active in the background and interfering with the transfer.
