Trade in or money off scheme?

I bought my Xperia Z1 for £570 back in Novemeber and it's only been like 4 monthes and there is already another Flaghship phone. I am fine with this and I can understand Sony's perogative to keep up with the latest high end smartphones.

But what I want to know is will there be any special deals for customers who purchased and supported their last flagship phone released only 4 monthes. Will I, for instance be able to trade in my Z1 and only pay an increase of maybe £200 or so.

I know Apple lets you do this with Iphones but then again this is Sony, who completely deprave us with their limited warranty and lack of care for customer care.

Anyone any information?

Sean.

Of course, what a stupid question to ask... To think Sony would reward it's loyal customers. There is a reason Apple are so much more successful. They actually care for their customers. I will never be buying another phone from Sony again. Money hungry and no care for their customers.

The anit shatter fim that scrathes, the flimsy connection covers. the dodgy touchscreen recognition, the constant crashes and phone freezes, A warranty that covers nothing and just proves that Sony don't even have faith in their technology.

I can not wait to get rid of this phone and move on.

Please use a civilized language, you do not need to be disrespectful. We just told you what we know, the network carriers do have from time to time this kind of trade stuff.

Not for us to judge yet. You can't tell that something is wrong when it's not even out to test.
... Blame sony, I know that even samsung hasn't got any trades, so my cousin had to sell it's Note III to get the S4, still nobody is complaying about it. And... didn't you want a Z2 just few days ago... nice change, be an addult.
