TrackID requires update

When I try to analyze a track using TrackID delivered whith the phone a popup notifies me that a update ist available. To get the updat eI should contact Sony Mobile Communications.

I can't find the update on the page.

TrackID Version 3.41.26

Firmware 4.1.B.0.587

This is happening to me with build 4.0.2.A.0.62

I was hoping one of the updates would fix this when they finally came to the UK.

The issues earlier faced with Track ID is now supposed to be solved so try using the app again and it's supposed to be working again.

You are correct this issue has been fixed. The app no longer requires an update at all. Still on the old version though.

Is there any way to force the update and get up to date?

I cannot use the Play store as the version on there is not connected to my version.
