Toucscreen does not work at all.

This morning my phone was working perfectly. I was listening to music then all of a sudden my phone won't do anything the buttons work but not the touch. I can't even unlock my phone or turn my phone off which also means I can't even update my phone using the laptop. I even tried waiting for the phones battery to run out but it still has the same problem I haven't dropped it in water either.

Does the notification LED turn on when you connect it to a wall charger?

The only way I can turn the phone off is by pulling the sim card out, when I do that it has an orange light so it's charging then it will boot up as normal I will recieve my messages I just can't unlock my phone. I also hooked my phone to the computer and try to re boot it but to do that you have to take your  phone off the lock screen I'm really confused and annoyed -.-!
