Touchscreen stopped working

Hello everyone
this is Lokesh i am using Sony T2 ultra. I am facing a problem with the touchscreen. Its not working from bottom (the bck, home button) wht should i do know.

Check for cracks, even if they are small

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen

Hi @L4,

I advice that you first try what @uliwooly wrote, and then continue accordingly. If you can find any physical damage, contact your Local support in order to be assisted in sending your device in to an authorized service center. 

Let us know how the test in Diagnostics went, and we can take it from there.
