Touchscreen stopped working

First the System was laggy when I activated the screen.

The softkeys started to glow but the screen kept black for a few seconds

Then when the screen showed the unlock screen I couldn't unlock it, because the touchscreen didn't work.

I had to turn the screen off and on a few times and he started working.

But today he stopped working completly...

I installed the current software version with the PC Companion, this just fixed the lag problem, but the screen still doesn't respond to touch.

The image rotates when I pull out the keyboard, but thats anything...
