touchscreen not working

Hi, my touchscreen is not working on the right hand side - any suggestions on a solution please..  I've done a complete factory upgrade and it still does not work.

If a software repair with SUS does not help,you need to visit a sony service:

Mine sometime doesn't work if I turn the Gloves mode off. I turn it on and screen thingy is all okay.
