touchscreen not responding on xperia mini pro

my phones touch not responding...i hav tried code *#*#7378423#*#*, and run the touch sreen test, but it is showing blak screen only...also the soft keys not responding...however due to slide keyboard, some how, i have limited access on mobile...help me in this regard, is it software prblm??? (i also re-install d update using sony update service) or d hardware???

if neither SUS nor PCC work then you have to take it to a Sony repair center
