Touchscreen insensitive causes failure to accept call

Once out of 10 times, I will get this problem, where when I call comes in, and the phone needs me to slide the green circle to the right, I can't.

When I try to slide it, after it move for like 10 cm, it will slide back to the left, as if I have lifted my finger, even though my finger is still on the screen. This keep happening until I eventually miss that call.

Anyone have the same problem? or have any workaround with other ways to accept the call?

you might want to take the phone to your Local support to get it inspected, also does your phone has a protective case and/or film?

No it doesn't have any protective case or film.

This ran perfect. This issue only happens 1 out of 10 times for me. But when it does it is annoying.

@ykphuah

whenever you encounter that issue, could you run @Phy's suggestion test?

The problem is usually quite short lived. Usually after it happens, and I missed the call, the screen goes off, then when I unlock it again, it will function normally.

Could be another app causing this.

Like uliwooly said, it could be another app causing this. The best way to test this would be to start your phone in safe mode. You'll have only the pre-installed apps so it will be a bit of an annoying test, but you will have all your basic functionality available.

It's also worth checking the screen for any minor fractures or cracks that might be interferring with the touch.
