Touchscreen doesn't work on my Tipo

Hi,

I got an Xperia Tipo 1 month back from an authorized dealer. Now it’s touch not functioning well. I am not able to slide the screens and type message. I was done a factory reset and repair (Software) with PC companion. Is there any solution for this? Now I feel very bad. Is it possible to get a new phone?

I have already visited service center ( Bikaner ) 4 times but still facing same problem.

From what you're describing it sounds like a hardware problem in your phone. I suggest you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) if the service location can't fix it for you.

i am also having the same problem. The service center staff are not able to solve it and SONY does not care about their coustmer once the phone is sold.

Here is the solution.. Download calibrating program called TouchFWTools for tipo instal it lay it on flat surface press calibration and problem is gone.. Glad to help

Dear all,

I am using Xperia TIPO dual for last 8 months.I had also face the same problem and after searching on google found a perfect solution for it.

Search " TouchFWTools" on Google and install it on ur phone.

Keep ur phone on flat surface and touch "Calibrate" button in that app.

Plz dnt move ur phone during calibration.

Enjoy touch experienc like heaven..100% gurantted.
