Hi,
I bought a sony experia c on 23rd oct, within a month the touch pad of the phone was not working. I was still getting calls and text messages, but was unable to recieve or make calls or text. I submitted my phone to the service station on 25th Nov, the ticket id for which is 13112501631. The service staff asked me to collect the phone in a weeks time, however when i went to recieve my phone, they said that some parts were missing. This has happened for a while. I was supposed to get my phone yesterday, and again I got the excuse that they hadn't got a part. I called their helpline no but the call centre people in delhi would put my call on hold and would later disconnect it. This happend thrice. It's been almost 3 months since i bought the phone, and i haven't been able to use the phone properly. It would be great if you could replace the phone or give my money back, i really don't have the time or energy to deal with this .
