Touch Sreen is not working.

hello sir, my sony ericsson wt19i's touch screen is not working. this is the second time i am facing the problem. about 6 or 7 months ago i have changed my touch screen for the same purpose from sony service centre. now again the same problem. what to do? why the same problem comes again and again? plz reply...thank you....

In this situation, I suggest first performing a software repair on the device before sending it away to a service agent. Please follow the steps below to perform this task.

Make sure to back your handset

Backup & Restore instructions

PC Companion:

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
