Hi, can someone help me, my phone was fine last night but when I woke up this morning the phone no longer responds to the touch screen = I cannot do anything! I have turned the phone off and on using the directional keys on the key pad but that does not help. I have removed the battery, sim and left it for a few minutes (let the capasitors discarge) but still will not work. Im not sure if the bus cable has broken from the sliding motion from the control pad? the phone had screen protectors/rubber case etc and has always been properly looked after.
The PC connection/program has never worked so not sure if an update is needed?
