Touch screen too little sensitive

Hi,
what happen with my screen? Today I realized that my touch screen is not very sensitivity. Can it be apps problem, software or only hardware? Or maybe it is working only when I am drunk? because today I am 3 days sober and maybe my fingers doesn't have warm blood?

does your phone has  a protective film or protective case?

Yes, it has, but it had all the time and never was a problems.. When I press on screen (whatever where) not too strong or smth I see on one spot rainbow color something thing.

You could test the touchscreen

settings > about phone > diagnostics 

also, settings > developer options > off 

if nothing work then contact your local Xperia Care

Ok, it is really funny. I turn on Glove Mode and nothing better if I try touch screen without gloves, but when i wear gloves all is fine Nice..

Hello,
I don't know how to explain, but my screen time to time start making waves
at the bottom and freeze for a couple a second. My phone was at repair, but not because the screen doing crazy things. They said that they checked all hardware and all should be good. And yes, network is really bad.. And about camera.. I don't know what to say.. Really really bad..  I had short time a old smart phone and all was better..
