Touch screen sensivity problem

I have a brand new Xperia L. it has a wierd touch issue. when the phone is not charged the screen dont recognise the multitouch andaccidentally single touch action actions. when it charged from the adapter the thouch is "thiching" - moving up and down, but working. when i charging from pc the screen working properly as it should be.

The support center, they 'repaired' 2 times but no change. the 3rd time they said it working properly and they wont repair it.

What should i do

Try to charge from any adaptor of any other android phone, preferred any other xperia charger. I think it is your wall socket charger problem. There may be a AC leackage problem.
