touch screen problems

hi guys, a nice day to all of you,i need youre help. i just turn on the talk back of my xperia j, and now i'm having problem on my phone, coz i cant turn it off, and when i went back to the settings, and scroll down to accessibility menu where i turn it on, the touch screen doesnt scrools down. please help, thanks,...

Hi, when Talk Back is activated, you would need to use two fingers on the screen in order to scroll down. To select items, you must also double tap the options you wish to select.
