Hi guys, I have a problem with my z5 compact.
Ive bought it a few weeks ago. And i succesfully updated to the Marshmallow 6.0.1. The problem i have to handle is, that the lower part of the touch screen is hyperreactive and acts on his own. The phone opens the cam, the messaging app, the calling app, is calling persons on its own and so on. It is only on the lower part of the screen. And this phenomenon is only intermittently. The phone is used with a bumper since then. It never fell down. I made a restart, and i used the stamina and ultra stamina mode, always the same. And I also tried the safe mode. Sometimes it reacts very well without any problems, sometimes it makes its own thing. I also performed the diagnostic app which can be found under settings. It went well. But the problem still exists. What to do?
