Touch screen problem, Z3

Since the update a few days ago.  I have had problems with my phone.  When I open it I get random keypresses or selections on the screen, without touching it.  Even happens in the camera.  I have a current working backup,  Did a complete repair and restore.  Problem still there.  Text or passwords a real problem as random Chars dont help

Any advice or help please.

Does your phone has a protective case, film or glass?

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen.

Ghost touch. If software repair does not solve it, then the change of display/digitizer (warranty) will.
