Touch screen problem when connected to PC

Hi there, after the big fail after buying a refurnished xperia z1, I got an m4 aqua that works pretty good.

It's just that when I plug it to my laptop (issue NOT happening when conecting it to my desktop computer, although both are windows 7) , the touch screen acts REALLY weird, when I try to do a long press, when holding my finger agains the screen, the phone thinks I'm pressing it multiple times really fast instead of detecting that I'm holding it. I don't know if I'm explaining myself correctly, I hope I do...

If anyone had the same issue, or knows why does it happen or knows how to solve it I would really appreciate an answer.

Searching the internet I found that it might be an electric problem, because the laptop is not pluged in a plug with "ground" (don't know if it's the correct word...) and the desktop pc is electrically pluged in a plug with "ground"...but I wanted to ask here just to reassure.

Also I'm using brand new Sony usb cable provided with the phone.

Thanks a lot!

@sensorsOUT1

That's rather odd, could you see if you experience the same on safe mode ?

Well, I don't find it really necessary, that's just wierd, at least in my case.
I asked maybe just to know if other users had experienced similar issues, but it looks like this it's just something isolated, and in this case I guess my laptop is to blame (which is actually quite old).
Anyways thanks a lot.

By the way...do you know by any chance something about marshmallow update for the m4?

There's no info at the moment, but since the update was released in japan, perhaps its just around the corner

Its laptop USB port prob, may be it is giving more Voltage from its port that makes screen problem. Check Voltage output of that port.It spoils battery too. Dnnt use those ports
