Touch screen not working on Go-Pls help

Hi All. prbly saw my dilema b4, cant enter pin on Go - screen not working at all. Totally confused. No matter how I try to install its the same. Says it installed ok. Hard buttons are working. Really need some advice/help. Ta loads!!!

you could try to repair your phone with SUS

Thks, but tried this twice. Said install went ok but still same result. Tried flashing various ftf but same each time. Still lost ????

well then it might be a hardware issue, you have to take your phone to a Sony repair center
