Touch screen not responding

this morning i'm playing with my xxperia sl, suddenly it does not respond at all until this evening. i can't use my phone. what am i gonna do to fix this problem

I suggest that you try to restart your phone by press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the phone vibrates. Hopefully your touch screen responds after a restart of the phone.
