Touch screen malfunction.

Hi, I'm having some issues with the screen on my xperia j that may be because it got slightly damp but I'm not sure so I was wondering if anyone could help?

The problem is that whenever I use the screen a trail of where I touched it appears with what appears to be coordinates of where my finger is at the top of the screen. It still works fine but it's quite annoying so any help would be very much appreciated!!

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If you open up Settings > Deverloper options you should have some options to turn touch tracking off.
