touch screen issue,no service

Hi,

Since I bought this xperia J in july 31,2013i have a big issue with the keyboard, it goes crazy writing by himself, so I am am not able to write rapidly cause it really takes a lot of time in order to send a message.  Can anybody help me solving this?
