Touch screen blank spots

I have this problem on my Xperia Go just a while ago, where there are some areas of the touch screen that malfunctions. I need an explanation on what is wrong with my phone, and an advice on how to solve it.

I have the latest phone software running, not rooted. Any kind of help would do. Thank you! Long live Sony Xperia!

It might be a hardware issue, test your phone

Yup, I have just tested the touchscreen's functionality, and yeah.... It didn't copy my finger movements in the two areas.... what should I do next?

You must take it to a Sony repair center

Either the LCD screen cable loosen or broken or the LCD screen was broken, take it to the sony service.
