Touch problems while charging

When ever i connect my phone to the charger or usb the phones touch screen responds haphazardly.

keyboard has a lot of issues whenever i press a single key mutiple characters gets pressed and it is very annoying.

Gave the phone twice for service at the service center the problem still persists and also did software repair on the PC companion.

So wat could the issue be ?

its been like only 3 months since i bought this phone already have problems with it.

will replacing the display screen fix the isue ?

i did a factory reset n used the phone its still the same.
i dont think the widgets are causing problem.

I didn't say they're causing the problem. I said they can be. And I still say, because after a fact. reset, all the downloaded sht are going back to the phone automatically.

Isnt there a solution at all for it ?

because i have an arc also which is working fine.
