Touch problems after using another charger

After recharge my phone with unoriginal charger, having problems with the touch screen

you could remove any protective case, film and/or glass and also test it 

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen

I'm sorry to hear about this.

Could you please elaborate a bit on the troubles you are experiencing with the touch screen?

Is it certain parts of the touch screen that doesn't work at all or are slow to react?

I'd recommend that you try the touch screen test in Diagnostics like @uliwooly suggested and removing any screen protector.

You can also try the free drawing test in the service menu to see if you are able to draw on all parts of the display. To do that open up the phone application and type in *#*#7378423#*#* > Service tests > Touch > Free drawing test.

Are you able to draw on all parts of the screen here?
