iam using my xperia c4 since 9 months ans i didnt face any problem and nbow since 2 days iam facing screen touch problem ia cannot move downwards i nwant to wah=at the problem with my phone

If the test has failed it sounds like a hardware fault. I recommend you contact your local support team.
