Touch Problem

dear sony
i bought a sony xperia z 3 compact last year. its a great phone but i have faced touch popping issue twice within warranty . and i appreciate that sony customer care center handled it really well and my phone got repaired without much hurdle.
but now i am in a strange mind as i have faced this issue twice within a year if i will have to face same problem after this one year warranty and then ,as definitely, i have to pay for it. TELL ME DEAR SONY WHY SHOULDN'T I FEEL CHEATED.
i never expected this situation but we are in and i definitely want to hear from you.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but sadly we can't help you with maintenance and warranty issues here on this forum, as these matters are handled locally. The only option you have is to contact Local support. Also, make sure to revise your user guide on how to care with your Xperia.
