Hello,
I have bought my Xperia SP from an exclusive Sony Store in Iran. (www.aryanmena.com).
Since I bought this phone, it had this touch problem when you put it on the table, or when you lean it somewhere. In these cases, the touch does not work properly.
I have brought the phone to the after sale service, but they avoided to get the phone from me. Last week, they got it and tey saw there was a problem, but they said they have to keep the phone for a week to test it.
After a week, they called me and said that the phone does not have any problems and that touch problem is one of the specifications of Xperia SP!!!!! This phone still have some days guarantee, but they didn't accept that they should fix the problem.
How can I follow this case? To whom shall I bring this objection? Who can follow?
Regards,
Sepideh
Yes, I have the 205.
It's a capacitive problem with the X-SP, the 'phone needs to be held for the screen touch to react properly. If you have a screen protector that may make it worse; you could also try with glove mode enabled to see if that improves it.

Yes,that's right. I know that all SPs have this problem. But can't it be solved?
I mean for example by changing the touch system ????
