Touch problem Z5 compact white

I am touched by a touch problem when I put my Z5 on a table, the touch does not work if I do not touch the same time frame of the phone. I said that my phone is up to date. Even in hand and very randomly the touch buttons at the bottom in the black bar does not work. My phone is nine (20 days). I tried the fashion gloves but nothing to do without using both hands.
The software version is: 32.0.A.6.200 (5.1.1)

Have u got a screen protector over it ?

If don't, have u tried a software repair with Xperia Companion or a flash FW with Flashtool ?

Try these steps at prior before to send your phone to local repair center

No I have no protction screen. I made a repair with PC Compagion but it changes nothing.

This is the reason I sold my white Z5c after 4 months at a great loss.

I tried everything and got totally fed up being told to keep trying safe mode and do a repair on PC Companion, which made no difference at all.

Throw your white Z5c in the trash, as it will not get any better until Sony find some guts to admit the issue with the white version and do something about it.

They must have lost loads of customers due to this ( including me).

There is a defective batch of white compact phones that were doing this.  If your phone is new enough, return it ASAP and order a new one.  I bought one on Amazon in early January.  I think the distributor was in Spain.  It had the same touch problems.  I was able to return it free through Amazon, and ordered another from a different distributor (somewhere in Asia). 

I've had my current white Z5 compact for about a month and it works perfectly.  I have even been using a glass screen protector with no issues.
