Touch Problem in Xperia XZ

Hi dear friends

My brother and I bought two Xperia XZ and unfortunately both of our devices have the same problem in their touch screen.

Our touch don't work correctly or work it for itself without any touch!!

Please help me, we bought our phones 3 days a go.:smileyangry::smileyshame_on_you::smileysick:

By any chance do you have glove mode on?  (settings»display»glove mode)

Does your devices have any protective case film and or glass?

Mine was doing this and opening and closing apps and doing what it wanted and took it back to the store I purchased and they exchanged it

No, we dont have any glass or protective cover! and we dont use glove mode.!!

Also we repair it with sony Pc Companion, and unfortunately we have the same problem!!
