touch proble while connecting to pc

my xperia sp is fine but the problem is while connecting to only my pc the touch doesnot work and i have with different computer and laptop it works fine ......i don't know the problem is with hardware or software .......if it is software then solve it or not i have warrenty of about 20days only .......please give suggestion wheather to keep phone and wait for the update to solve the proble or give the phone to service center .........

If it is only happening with one PC then I would advise getting someone to take a look at the USB ports on the PC it is not working on.

My computer's all usb port is working fine....I have checked by connecting different phones and pendrive to different port .... I don't know what's the problem is....... I have insalt pc  suit probably in my windows 8.... I am worried about problem may be increase in future...... So,Please suggest me whether  to exchanged the phone or not

do you have any USB 2.0 or just 3.0?

I have usb 2.0 ..... But when I connect to different computer works fine theothers computer having usb 2.0

try this

create a new Admin account on your PC > restart your PC > access the new account > disable your firewall and antivirus > connect your phone

I'm experience this situation as well and do not have any idea why its happening, cause my laptop only have USB 2.0 ports and Im running my pc on Ubuntu 13.04. What do you suggest me?
