Can you please tell me how much will the touch Panel cost for my Xperia Z1? I've been informed that the part is not covered under warantee. Can you please explain it to me as why th etouch panel is not covered under warantee?

What is there to judge? Please clarify. They are unsure about this here and have told me that they'll take 4 working days to get back to me. I'm in need of my phone very badly. That's why I'm looking for a solution.

Hi,

The Service Centre did not tell me the cost. Only after fighting with them over their contact number, they said I had to pay about $150 for the service. Hoever, they are still delaying the delivery of my phone by another week. I have lodged a complaint with the consumer forum for inordinate delay. Which will take the legal couse of action.
