touch keys not lighting up

The three touch keys on the transparent bans aren't lighting up. They only light up when I unlock the phone. I dunno if this is normal or not. What's wrong and how to solve this?

The Transparent Strip Lights have the Time limit to turn off in Limited time, It is same in All Xperia P Models, If u Unlock the mobile they Blink and go off in 5 - 10 seconds.

The thing is after unlocking once the lights go off. If I tap them again the buttons don't light up. Is this normal?

If u touch the Srtip the lights shoulg Glow, Hope there is some problem , Not to worry Fisrt try to repair the software with SUS

Also  I've noticed that sometimes only one key lights up and not all. Could this ne hardwarep roblem?

Just download the SUS Software to ur PC and install it....It will guide u the procedure for repairing of software.

For back up, Connect ur mobile to PC and Back up.

We cant conform directly as Hardware problem ,First try to repair the Software, If it was Not solved Then Contact the Local Service Guys, hope they may help u
